Not exporting nothing to excel?

I'm pretty sure I did everything right, but NOTHING is happening in excel. This is what I do. I opened excel, renamed some sheets, then saved the file. The file is open. I now open the program, chose my market. I see the prices in the program. Now I go to the excel tab in the program, chose "Log individual price", I chose all the correct stuff, I actually see all the names of the excel sheets, then I chose "OK", then, Nothing. I go to my excel sheet, and it just stays blank. Nothings changed!
What am I suppose to do besides what I mentioned above? I think I do everything correctly.

You're not alone. Several people have reported this error, and I am one of them. I experience the same on two different PCs, and I have yet to get BA to work with Excel.
