Place Bets XLS Help

Hello Forum

This is my first post so hope it makes sense

Can anyone help me change this sheet to do the following

I would like it to lay all horses in a race between say 25 and 35 odds with £2 and then if any of the selections gets down to odds of 5 then back £2 back on.
Problem i have had is that if i set the stop loss to odds of 5 it will offer up the back bet at 4.95 but does not get matched if the price falls quickly.
Is there a way to trigger the bet to offer up a back bet at 4 if the odds get down to 5
