OK, hardly the deal of the century but for any PC payers could come in useful as the offer applies across all markets for the football.

I suspect that the offer refers to 'commission' and not 'premium charge'.

I may get back my 5% commission, but this will only increase my PC to the full 20% !! of my winnings.

I hope to be pleasantly suprised, but BF being the two faced bunch they are won't class PC as commission !!, even though in essence thats exactly what it is.

I think that Captain Sensible is referring to hedging between markets to reduce your pc, eg Backing No Goalscorer and laying 0-0.

According to the t&c's it looks like you will still get credit for commission generated so it should work:

12. The credit will not have any effect on your Betfair points/commission rate or on any calculations of a customer’s applicability for the premium charge.
