API Programming - best language?

Hello,

Which programming language is the best for constructing custom-built robots for interacting with BF & BDQ's API?

In addition, how long would it then take a "novice" programmer to build-up an acceptable level of competence in the coding language?

If you're a novice then try VB Express. Ideally you will have some experience of programming and if you are used to VBA then the leap shouldn't be too huge. You would need to get your head around OO and classes but oncee it clicks it is prety powerful stuff.

It's also free from MS. :D

Sports betting software from Gruss Software
