Bet below minimum

Hi, i created a trigger but when i try to back at a certain quota with a stake below the minimun BA place a bet with stake 2 and quota 1000. Why?

How can i resolv?

BA always has to place a bet for £2 at 1000 to back below minimum odds. Betfair do not officially support below minimum stake bets so BA has to "cheat".

This is what happens when backing £0.10 for example.

1) Place back bet for £2 at 1000
2) Update stake from £2 to £2.10 which creates an additional bet for £0.10
3) Cancel the £2 bet
4) Updates odds of remaining £0.10 bet to required odds

For this to work you need at least £2.10 in your account (see step 2)
It can also fail at step 1 if the odds offered are already 1000 and therefore the bet gets matched instantly and cannot be updated in step 2.

There isn't a bug that I am aware of that just leaves the £2 bet at 1000 unless all the steps could not be completed.
