gruss cant load markets

gruss cant load markets

Gruss has been running fine for months, until today where I loaded it up and it gets as far as trying to load the markets and then keeps trying. Its not my internet as I can view the betfair page and the markets load fine on another software. It just keeps trying and trying. Any ideas?

It looks like there is a problem with the Australian server. Open preferences, select the quick pick list / markets tab and untick "Include Australian markets".
Not all API software uses the same call that BA uses to fetch the markets which is why they work when BA doesn't. I will be changing it to avoid this call when this happens in a future release. It's not that common a problem though.
