End of Race

Hi, I am currently betting on the In Play market for Horses. Is there a cell that identifies when the race has ended so that I can trigger cell Q2 to pick the next race? I thought that using E2 = In Play and F2= Suspended would work, but the market can be suspended for a moment causing my trigger to run although the race has not ended.

I have solved it by creating a timestamp from the moment the market is suspended, and if this last over 30 seconds, then my trigger will then put -1 in cell Q2 to pick the next market.
