I'd like to ask, if there is a way to get the selection_id for a given selection. I need it for linking my data with betfair historical data

-and sorry if it was addressed already, I couldn't find it

Don't think there's a simple way thru gruss, might be available via the com functions.

There shouldn't be any need for the actual selectionId if you're matching with the betfair data files as the selection name's are constant and unique

There isn't currently a way of getting the selection ID, but I can quite easily add an additional column for this. I will try and add this to the Beta version in the next few days.

Tick "Betfair selection ID" under additional columns when setting up the Excel link. Additional columns are output starting at column Y.

thank you very much! sorry for the late reply, I was overwhelmed with some "general" work. I will use this very useful feature to link with betfair historical... thanks!!!
