Problem opening a second interface.

Postby houchy » Fri Mar 10, 2006 7:50 pm

Have had a problem when opening more than one interface,i.e 2xlayit.First one opens and works fine,when you open a second, and try to login,a warning of a possible problem comes up.This has only been happening since Thursday,today i couldn't open the markets with
the second interface,though Betfair was acting up today.Anyone have similar problems?

It's to do with the error log new to 99b. You can work through it by hitting 'continue' when you get the error message.

Yes i did that yesterday and it seemed to work,though iwas worried it might let me down when i really needed it.Today it wouldn't let me open the markets properly ,so i left it off ,and just used the one interface,as my kind of betting relys on speed.Hope it's sorted soon.

This is the error report,sorry it's rather long.
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
