Cant subscribe to Gruss

Not quite sure where to post this, so here goes...

I'm trying to subscribe to gruss again (Have done before, but payment method expired) but the site:

Under the country drop down gives no options other than "Please Select..."

How do I go about setting up my gruss subscription?

Yep, but that's the prior page which leads to the page with the issue
