lay just before the off

I make my selections in the morning and set the lay price say between 2.00 and 8.00 but dont want the BA to lay ( if the price is between those set ) until 30 to 60 seconds before race time. Can this be done and if so how

Yes it can by linking an excel spreadsheet to ba to control when the bets are placed. It would only be possible to place the bets at a certain time before the "scheduled" off tho and not the "actual" off as no one knows the actual off time.
