Excel Page Slow To Update

Hi

I have a workbook linked to the gruss software, the sheets that are linked to to the prices and the bets made update every second via gruss.

However, the sheet that i use to place my bets through via command buttons and formulas linked to the other two sheets only updates every 5 seconds.

This can be seen as i have a cell linked to the time on the bets sheet (Sheet1). Does anybody know why this updates slower than sheet1 that gruss updates directly.
