Trouble displaying Ladder Format......

I am using 66x80 Version and displaying the standard platform....I click on the the "L" in its little "Red Box" to display me the "Ladder Format" and nothing happens......

The only noticeable difference is that and extra "Browser Tab" appears on the bottom of my screen.....

The problem is that it does not happen every day.....Just very randomly.....

Problem just comes and goes without any changes to my setting etc.....

What kind of PC Setting should I be investigating to rid of this problem....?

Do you have a multiple monitor set up and sometimes only use one? It could be displaying the ladder popup off screen. Restart the program and select "Reset ladder popup position" from the options menu before trying to view it.

I do not have a multiple monitor setup, however, I clicked on that option (Never seen that before) and everything is now fine......

Would anyone have an idea what kind of setting has been set on my PC which is making me have to do this EVERY day when I sign on......?

i.e. My Ladder will not appear until I have gone into "Options" and click on "Reset Ladder Popup Position"......?

That's odd. I will have to investigate. I may need to get a log file from you.
