Cancell ALL Issue

Is there a possibility to use a different key then F3 to cancell all bets? Maybe a user possibility, which i don't know about, to program a different key for that?

My reason, I want it to be near the ENTER key. And the reason for that is speed. There are many times when it's crucial for me to cancel all bets as soon as possible and right now i have to use the mouse for that - go up+left and use the "cancell all" key
