Freeze - Market Loading

My bot opens "soccer - First Goal Odds" 20 minutes before start. Sometimes the market wont open and freezes at " Market Loading ". That stop my program for all day. And some other times BA closes and give me a error message.

Can this be fixed?
opening the market again seems to fix it most times.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
