I want to run 2 BA's using different Betfair accounts but I cannot download a 2nd application as it asks me to delete the current one.

i don't use 2 accounts but why do you need 2 apps?

You don't need two apps - simply open up a second instance of BA and sign
in with you second Betfair account details.

You will however need two profiles and two subscriptions with Gruss.

Just a word of caution...

Ensure that you keep data requests throttled to 20 or less inclusive of ALL
instances or tabs using BA otherwise you may incur charges from Betfair.
This includes using Betfair through your browser.
