Cant log-in

Getting "Net Web Exception" with "the underlying connection was closed" and then a massive list of error lines.

Tried uninstalling and re-installing but error is the same.

Any ideas please?

Hi,

That particular error message is usually caused by Betting Assistant not being able to connect to the Betfair API server.
The most common reason is because the software is being actively blocked by a firewall or similair software.
You should check that there is nothing blocking access to the internet.
