Ok we didn't receive a payment notification from Skrill like we normally do so we unaware that you had made a payment.
Please can you email admin@gruss-software.co.uk with your Betfair Username so that we know the account to activate.

Hi,

No, when you pay via Skrill we will process the payment and activate your account as soon as we are aware of the payment providing we know which account the payment is for.
It is probably best to also send us an email to let us know you have paid this way and we will reply advising of when the account has been activated.
