Placing bets below£2

From about 14.00 today I have been unable to place bets below £2. Is there a problem or change that I am unaware of? Was ok this morning have uninstalled and reinstalled new version

I am having the same problem at roughly the same time which has made BA unusable for me at the moment.

All my trigger bets and standard grid bets below £2 are now staking at £2 which means I get EXCEEDED_EXPOSURE_OR_AVAILABLE_TO_BET_BALANCE.

I have had to cancel all my trigger bets set up for today and was lucky in that I had withdrawn several hundred pounds this morning other wise I would have been exposed to considerable liabilities which could have lost me a lot of money or won me a lot. As it happens it has only cost me about £2.50.

I suspect the problem is with Betfair but I am preparing an email showing my transaction log for Gary to investigate.

I have the same problem. When I try to place LAY bet for less then 0.80 cents it places it for 2 euro instead. The back bets are working tho., I can back with 1 cent as usual.

From about 1400 hours, using COM interface completely unable to place any bets at all. However I can still place bets directly in Gruss. Strange one.

Betfair have changed something that is now making it impossible to lay using stakes below £2

We have raised an urgent query with Betfair and await their reply.

It's across my range of stakes and odds using TBM. Some are on 10p test stakes, a couple aren't but Dutch so individual can be as low as 1p I guess

Hi,

There is an issue when it's small stakes on back bets similar to the lay bet issue reported yesterday, all because of the unscheduled update that Betfair did on the API.

We are looking at a workaround for the back bets to be included in a new version as soon as possible.

I think TBM is backing at 1.01 which is an issue I am fixing at the moment. I will let you know when I've fixed it.
