Results sheet problem

Hello
I have a problem: when my bets are fully matched all is ok and the bet is registered in my result's sheet. When instead a bet is PARTIALLY matched it doesn't appear in the tre result's sheet. For example if I place a bet on Myhorse 30 eur @ 2 (back or lay is the same) , and only 15 eur are matched, in the result's sheet it appears Myhorse amount matched 0, P/L 0, bets results as cancelled.
Is only a problem of mine?

TY. I have seen it only happens when a very small part of the bet is matched. For example 3 euros if the bet is 30. If the partial bet is bigger I haven't the problem

It should be irrelevant whether the bet is partially matched so I suspect that is a red herring. I do know that there have been issues with settled bet information not being returned this morning so it's more likely to be related to that issue. It appears to be resolved now so let me know if it happens again.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software


The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.
