Logged in and lost everything?

Hi. Just logged into Gruss. All my settings, custom columns, preferences have gone? Its like its been factory reset? It was fine when i logged off last night. What can i do to get them back? Whats happened? Thanks

Sorry I don't know how that happened. There is no issue with the software that I am aware of that could cause that. There isn't a backup so you won't be able to get them back. Once you have recreated your settings you can select "Open settings folder" from the options menu and copy the file named user.config to a secure location in case you need to restore them in future.

Not sure what happened there either, never had that issue before. Ive recreated them all again. Will save the settings to a folder for future use, Thanks.
