(1) How often do the prices in Excel get refreshed? If I have the grid set to full steam during a horse race, I can see refreshes happening at intervals as low as 50 millliseconds. Does this mean Excel is updated at the same rate?
(2) Regarding cross matching / synthetic prices (i believe these are bdatl and bdatb)... are these prices shown in the grid interface and / or the ladder interface during horse racing in-play?
(3) Lastly, by default the grid seems to show minimum £2 stakes, so an available stake of, say £1.50 won't be shown on the grid. Is that right? Is there any way to change that so it shows any amount, no matter how small?

Drunkenight wrote:'Make sure you have ticked Show Cross Matched Prices and unticked Apply cross matching formula in recognised markets in general preferences and it will display these prices.' - That is interesting.
I have always had 'Show Cross Matched Prices' and 'Apply Cross Matching Formula in Recognised Markets' both ticked. Please can you let me know what the difference should be? Thanks

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.
Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.
Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.
He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.
We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
