Time based exit

Morning guys, hope we're all good.
Been searching the forum as I'm wanting to know if you can use excel formula to close all trades at one minute from the actual off for example. Basically use formula to get out of any trade before the business end of the race regardless of whether my bets have been matched or not, and tailored depending on the length of the race?

I've noticed some threads using VBA but not familiar with this so just wanted to see if it could be done with formula instead.
