B A needs to close

Hi ,
I have had a few instances where betting assistant needs to close because it has encountered a problem.Unfortunately no details were given as to the nature of the problem.No other programs were running at the time .

p s Could a failure of the internet connection cause this?

It's happened to me a few times and I think the cause is a lost internet connection.

If it were possible I would much prefer BA to handle the error and wait until a connection is available again because of the time it takes to re-open and set it all up again with quick-pick list, auto move to next market, export to Excel etc.
