Variable Refresh rates

It's 14:05 and I have a required refresh rate set of .2s the Uttoxeter 14:10 race is refreshing at 1 to 1.8 seconds but if I select the Lingfield 14:20 that is refreshing at .3 to .4 seconds as are all the other races this afternoon. Why would this 1 race be so much slower than the others ?

No idea about the refresh rate as I wasn't looking at it, but I had trouble with getting the ladder to centre on ltp on that race. Fine on all others. Must be a betfair thing.
