Exposure Exceeded, NOT possible

Can someone have a guess as to what happened here? I sent 5 identical bets to a horse race, all for the same runner via Excel using COM. The third bet out of the 5 returned exposure exceeded which is not possible. I have no other open bets on any other market, and more importantly, if my exposure had of been exceeded, the 4th and 5th bets would have also returned exposure exceeded. Any ideas?
