Betdaq - Excel

Hi,

I've been using the Betdaq version through Excel successfully for a few weeks (running 24/7, refreshing QPL automatically), on greyhounds, but today the markets won't load into Excel. There is no error log, but the Excel link activity says -
'Excel not updated. Requesting bets refresh. Last bets refreshed market does not match current market.'

I've tried on 2 separate PC's with the same outcome, same issue for horse markets.

Any ideas?

The Betfair version is working fine.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
