Hi,

Myself and Gary don't believe it is anything to do with the software version and it is not a widespread issue.
We haven't been able to replicate the problem, although I did get the Quick Pick List to black out by changing the Windows theme setting to High Contrast #1 under Windows Personalization (this was on Windows Server 2012 R2)
My feeling it is some sort of Windows setting or Windows corruption but I don't know the solution.

Regards,
Mark

My reg keys were the same as they were saying to correct to, I've deleted the C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\aero\VSCache folder from the other post an see if that does anything. For me the problem only ever occurs in Gruss, does it occur on other programs for you Alrodopial?

Guess deleting C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\aero\VSCache doesn't work either, just navigated back to gruss and same black boxes, I'll shut the programs down change and reboot

All those seem to have problems with the black boxes all over windows, I don't have a problem with any other apps or windows. Is yours occurring all over other programs too?

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
