Betfair appear to be having issues with the API at the moment. Can you send a copy of the diagnostic log to
admin@gruss-software.co.uk so I can compare it to logs from other users.
1. Select "Open settings folder" from the options menu.
2. Open the "Diagnostic Logs" folder.
3. Send us the log which includes the relevant date in the file name. eg. "BA_Diagnostic-2020-06-24.log"
