Live video Sticking

Hi. I've had no problems before with live video when I click on the v button on gruss but tonight its sticking and just plain stopped 5 mins ago
Is there anything i can do to fix it?

It launches a self contained Chrome Browser. If it sticks then using any other browser would have the same issue. Are you saying this happens every time or did it just happen? I’m afraid there isn’t anything we can change as this is a third party component we use. If you think it doesn’t work correctly then try the video on Betfair’s website.

It's been smooth as silk until tonight Gary.
I had a feeling it would be a prob at bf end.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software


The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.
