Good evening all

First time poster on here and although I've been using Gruss on and off for a while I'm only using the basic stuff.
This has probably been asked before on here so I apologise in advance.
The issue I have is this:
I placed several bets on the British Masters golf event on Tuesday, normally I placed bets on the win market and then back the same players in the top 20 market.
Betfair have paid me out on 1 player, 3 lost, there is no record anywhere of me having backed the others so I can't prove that I placed the bets although I checked on Friday and they were there, in that market. 4 others were placed in the top 20.
Betfair say if it's not on my account statement then they were not placed. Am I going mad?
What I'm asking is if I can access anything through the software that shows a record of betting history. Everything I've searched for so far has been a 'no' but am I wrong?

Did you place them via Gruss?

If so you can check the diagnostic log file which will show a record of what occurred in Gruss, which might give you some clues if they didn't get placed correctly.

You can find them in Options/Open Settings Folder/Diagnostic logs there should be one saved for each day.

There is also the transaction log but that only saves if you check the settings to save automatically on exit. If you have not done that and shutdown Gruss in the interim then that record will be gone.

Did you check your lapsed, cancelled and voided bets records from the bet history page on the Betfair website? https://myaccount.betfair.com/activity/bettinghistory
