How to setup to have bets placed just before the off

Sorry for asking this as I realise this is likely covered somewhere, though I cannot find it despite watching many basic videos etc..

I have handpicked a few horses in the morning that I want to place bets on in the afternoon racing.
I want to place back bets for these horses, no matter their odds, 1 minute before the official start time.
I want gruss to do this for me.
So I want to tell gruss to back these horses x amount 1 minute before the off.

How do I do this?

I have microsoft excel 2010. and have tinkered around for day or so with gruss but have not really got anywhere yet.

The example let's you put a list of selections and also specify when the bets should be submitted.

Will this function in the same way with LibreOffice as I don't have Excel?

I've downloaded your excel template which seems to open ok within LibreOffice.

Hi,

Although the spreadsheet may open in LibreOffice, Betting Assistant only works with Microsoft Excel.
