Jockey silks and horse form very slow to load ??

Hi All
Anybody else experiencing the silks and form either very slow to load or not loading at all on the horse racing both in Eng and Aust for the past 2 days ?
All else seems to be fine, horse names and odds etc.

Seems to be a server issue at Betfair's end.
I'm seeing the same on their website.
I have reported it on their Customer Support Twitter feed.

While the silks are unimportant the form for me is critical so I assume that if the silks display is fixed it will in turn fix the form display?

But it seems like it may have been resolved now anyway.

I’m still getting some missing silks today, often changing market to next race, then back brings up the missing silks.

Hi,

The Betfair servers must be still slow to respond then.
The software will keep trying to fetch the silks images whilst you have the market open.
Hopefully Betfair will fix this but we will continue to monitor and report to Betfair as necessary.

I’m currently using a vpn,but it only loses a few milliseconds,I read on the forum someone mentioning silks were working better ,either with or without?
I’m wondering if it’s exasperated, by me using “hide prices above”.... as the main culprit is the favourite at the top of the market.

Re...I’m talking about UK win horse markets....the issue still exists for me.
