What is Max conection Limit

I am getting message I have exceed max conection limit ,Can any one tell me what I have to do to sort this out please thanks

Hi,

Betfair introduced a limit on the number of streaming connections.

You are allowed a maximum of 10 concurrent streaming connections from the same Betfair Username.

When you log in once, the software will use 2, one for prices and the other for orders.

So are you logging in multiple times, you should be able to log in 5 times without exceeding the limit.

But it's possible to fall foul of the limit if your connection to the API keeps dropping out.
