Is it possible to attach a bot to Betdaq and fire off bets in the same way as betfair?

There's a Betdaq version of BA if that's what you're looking for.

https://www.gruss-software.co.uk/betdaq ... -assistant

It's free so may as well try it. Some of the functions of the Betfair version might not be there if Betdaq don't offer the option thru their API

Not sure if the Betdaq version has COM access, I don't use the COM for betting so not sure check out the manual https://www.gruss-software.co.uk/ba_bet ... p/help.htm if not you'd just have to bet via the excel sheet triggers

Are you able to bet via the website? Betdaq can be a bit strict with API access if they think people are abusing the system.

Might be worth trying one of the competitors Betdaq apps see if you have API betting privelages. They're all free as Betdaq give vendors a cut of volumes like a referral fee.

Hello, I'm trying to open two instances of BA for Betdaq - one for win markets, one for places, linked to a common spreadsheet.
Price changes in the win market trigger bets in the place market, subject to certain conditions.

This works fine for BA for Betfair; but the second version of BA for Betdaq is unresponsive.

Can be this got around, or is it a feature of Betdaq?

Thanks.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
