Cancel Remaining is not working

I lay all horses with the LAY FIELD before the race
I have KEEP IN PLAY activated
Also, I have "Cancel remaining When matched" activated.
No odds were marched before the race
Odds are kept IN PLAY
During the race, an odd is matched.
Unfortunately, the "Cancel remaining when matched" is not triggered

Did you tick "Cancel remaining when matched" before or after clicking "Lay the field"? The option is applied as the bets are placed, it will not be applied to existing bets.

We click Cancel Remaining BEFORE clicking Lay field

Did you open another market on the same tab page after placing then bets and then come back to the market? This would cancel the option as bets can only be monitored while the market is open. This feature works. I will upload a demonstration video shortly.

Yes I open another market on the same tab page after placing the bets
I just place the bets for future events that I will be away from the PC so that it trades auto
I open an event, place my bets and then open another event, place my bets etc

That's why it doesn't work. You need to leave the market open so it can monitor the bets. It does not monitor the bets in the background after you have opened another market to replace it in the same tab. You should open each event in a new tab page so that it can monitor them all.
