does bf suspends when ...

Does knows if bf suspends just before :
1. A new NR - "(NR)" appears at the end of horse's name in BA? (or is the number of NR in cell G3 reliable/updates correctly in time?)
2. Remove of ability to bet on BSP (never seen that)
3. Remove of the ability to bet inplay ( was available few updates back)
4. New race start time ( placed in cell D2)

basically I want to make sure if I have to check all theses at EVERY update or I can only check them just after a suspension status
(mostly the NR case)

Garry, if you place a true/false flag in extra columns for actual runner/non runner will this be updated correctly at the first 16 columns update
just after the race leaves the suspended status? (extra columns have other that 16 columns update)
