can't create object

can't create object

In a new server, w 21012
I get the error in vba "ActiveX component can't create object" at that line:
set BAcom = New BettingAssistantCom.ComClass
in a file that is working fine in other pc's,
ba library is linked
I uninstalled ba from control panel and reinstalled with no success
Any ideas?

i got it working
I unlinked the reference to BA com in the Excel/VBA/Tools/References , saved the file, closed it, opened it and
linked the reference again and is working ok

lets hope it continues this way
