Sounds like a connection issue. Try rebooting PC and router and also check if your PC is set to the correct date and time.

Are you logging in from a permitted location? Are you using a VPN to get around the restriction? It looks like it may be blocked by Betfair. If you are using a VPN then maybe try a different VPN provider.

It is a VPN problem.
Using Surfshark

I travel a lot between UK and Spain and Surfshark has always given me betfair access.

Is there a way to unlock this? Or a preferred VPN for Gruss api access?

I just found out that after log in - can turn VPN back on and keep the connection.
But that won't be successful outside UK.
