Excel freezing

Hello

Does anyone else have problems with their excel sheet freezing?
I checked and found that GRUSS itself was still functioning correctly but my sheet data just stops.
Everything in the sheet, including the timer just stops. Anything from 1 or 2 seconds through to 20+ seconds today.
There is no code being used just, cell formulas and this has only started in the last week.

Is this a common occurrence or is there a setting in excel that may need to be changed?

In the Excel menu select Display Excel link activity

What does it display when it stops updating?

Normally it should look like the following:-

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I meant the Excel menu in Betting Assistant.

Had to shut down gruss. Timer and date freezing.

Very odd. We have had no other reports.

So it froze at 10:25:59:615? Was Betting Assistant interface still updating the grid and responsive?

Can you send a diagnostic log.
1) Select "Open settings folder" from the options menu.
2) Email the file named "BA_Diagnostic-2023-07-03.log" from the folder named "BA Diagnostics" to admin@gruss-software.co.uk
