Excel sheet not updating

Hi,

I have GBA linked to a spreadsheet with some VBA code that runs 24/7. After running for about 3 days the spreadsheet stopped updating. GBA was still running and looked still connected to the sheet. I am running the latest version of GBA i.e. 1.3.2.6

Any suggestions what might cause this?

I have attached 2 snippets - the error log and link activity if that is any help.

The logs you have posted don't show anything wrong. It at least thinks it has updated Excel. Can you send a diagnostic log from the relevant date?

1) Select Open settings folder from the options menu.

2) Email the log from the relevant date in the Diagnostic Logs folder to admin@gruss-software.co.uk

I have received your logs for 21st - 23rd, but cannot reconcile the times in ExcelErrorLog that you posted with the logs. Are the logs that you posted on the 25th recorded at the time you actually saw the problem occurring? If so shouldn't it be the diagnostic log from the 25th that I need?

I think it was the 23rd when I saw the problem. I have pasted in all the entries in the Excel error log as of today (27th) below. I hope this helps

Apologies Gary. After a few more days of testing, I discovered it was a problem with my VBA code that made it look like the sheet was not updating. It was occasionally failing to select the next race in the QPL.
