Open Gruss with Windows Scheduler

Hi,

I would like to automate the process of the Gruss software opening via Windows Scheduler.

I need it to login to my account, open my excel workbook, and then connect "Log Current Prices". All by command prompt.

Help much appreciated.

You can use a mouse recorder to record the tasks you want to execute and then run this new "file" with the windows scheduler

Thanks for the reply.

I used the software years ago and there is a smoother way to automate this purely by command prompt so no need to mess about with external software and mouse click software. I cant find out what the details were and how to do it though

It accepts the following command line parameters which you can use in scheduler.

-userid:your id
-password:your password
-profile:your profile
EXCELQL Auto load Excel quick link

eg. to login and auto load Excel quick link for default profile.

-userid:user1 -password:mypassword EXCELQL
