How do I do multiple bets on the same selection?

Hi sorry if this is a dumb question but I have had a look and can't see the answer elsewhere..

I have 3 different scenarios I would like to apply to each race and the end result might be either 1, 2 or 3 bets on the same horse depending on the odds. At the moment I load each race into 3 different tabs to apply the separate rules but is there a way I can combine them into just the one tab by getting the trigger to do system A, clear if triggered, system B, clear if triggered and finally system C ?

I've got as far as this but it never clears the bet ref:

=IF(AND($E$2="Not In Play",AD11>=50,$S$1<=15,AA11>=2,AA11<=20,AB11>=20,AB11<=80),"LAY",IF(AND(T11>0),"CLEAR",""))

Thanks very much for the reply which does help but I just get #VALUE! - am I being too simplistic hoping I can get it to do 1 thing after another with a clear in between and then stop at the end?
I'm trying to avoid having to have a tab for each of the 3 systems I'm testing

I remember that It "may" be done disabling circular reference in Excel.
You will need extra columns that will be used as flags that your bets (eg. 1st bet) is placed so go on with second bet etc
i don't remember what "If" formulas should be used but you can google it, maybe someone here knows how?
I not 100% sure about that
