what is the best way to cancel the refresher after use.???

Postby darrenche » Thu Apr 12, 2007 3:29 pm

Hi all,

new to this software...I have just downloaded the Betfair Firefox refresher for the first time...great stuff..I don't know how I managed without it...but I can't seem to find a way to revert the refresher speed back to the usual 30 seconds...( apart from closing the page down and starting a new page )....I would like to have normal refresh speed leading up to a race ..then activate fast refresh for the race ...and then revert back after the race,....

is there a simple way of doing this...

regards

Darren

I don't use this so I don't know if this works.

From what you've replied to pugs I think you're using IE refresh, doesn't the Betfair refresh button reset it to the normal 30 seconds.

Do you want normal refresh rate because of system limitations or download limitations?

...and then revert back after the race,....

Sorry yes, i thought you would want to navigate to next race anyway.

I'm not sure if there is another way.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
