Excel help please

I wondered if anyone can help me with Excel. I have a spreadsheet that I use in running and I can automatically load the markets a set number of minutes before the off in BA. Is there any way to automatically clear all the bet references from the previous race when a new one loads? I have a macro that I use to do this manually when I'm at the machine but I'd like to try it when I'm away from the machine. Thanks if anyone can help.
