excel help

Ok guys, apologies in advance for asking here but this is more an excel rather than BA problem.
Have a comb of numbers and blanks in col and would like to replicate this data ignoring blanks. Do not want to use sort query as I have similar data throughout workbook requiring same handling. Will any function help and if not what about VBA? Complete VBA novice by the way. Example

Col A reads

would like new col to read
1
2
4
1
3
2
1

Can the complete rows be deleted or do you have data in other columns as well that you don't want to lose?

Sorry forgot to mention. Cannot delete whole rows due to other data.
