Turning off the updating

Hi Gary,

Using the com interface there is the ability to set refresh rate ...... I would like to place BA in hybernation between races so that way I conserve bandwith and alocated usage, I was thinking to use the refresh rate and setting it to 60 so that this way there will be one refresh per minute rather then every second this way I could then reset the refresh rate to 1 when its time to load a new race (I have taken it out of the hands of the quickpick list and od it through my program ) and back to 60 when it gets a closed flag untill the next race.

Do you see any problems with this ?
