QUESTION ABOUT LEVEL PROFIT

First of all i have to say that is a very-very good software and already helped me a lot!
I have a problem with the level profit,all the green boxes are eampty sometimes there is a level profit but most of the time the boxew are eampty.In the betting options i have clicked trading mode and keep in play the two other options are unchcked!
Please help me and what i have to do!

Before the race starts i lay a horse and back the same horse for higher odds after that in the level profit boxes can not see anything for example during the race starts if i have already a profit or looses.
