stake buttons configuration?

Where do I configure the stake buttons for the ladder interface?

The real problem is that all buttons are $2 in the first ladder....on the 2nd and 3rd its 2,5,10,20,50.100.

Ideally there should be an extra "button" where i can type manual bet also.

Just double click on the stake button to change it's value
