trigger counter vba

Hi all,

I am trying to think of a simple way to trigger a lay the 2nd or 3rd time my conditions are met , any ideas ?

I'm trying to lay the fav who apears to be losing but keep getting caught as the odds jump i.e from 6 to 25 and then back to below 6 in a matter of seconds ( maybe when all money is taken at once?)
